Terms of Service
Last updated: June 20, 2026. General terms governing the usage of the BotPay streaming contracts.
Protocol Terms of Service
Welcome to BotPay. By interacting with our smart contracts, APIs, or developer kits on the Arc Network, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Non-Custodial Protocol Usage
BotPay provides open-source, non-custodial smart contracts on the Arc blockchain network. We do not hold, manage, or have access to user funds, assets, or keys. You are solely responsible for managing your private keys, seed phrases, and programmatic API access.
2. Smart Contract Risks
By interacting with our smart contract address (0xa5d0...), you acknowledge that decentralized technology involves inherent code risk. The contracts are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any express or implied warranties.
3. SLA & Netting Verification
Our SLA oracle registers latency and uptime performance metrics on-chain, and our off-chain netting engine computes batch payments. While the off-chain system updates calculations, on-chain execution relies on the user's signature inputs and is verified by the network validators.
4. Compliance & Restrictions
Users must not use the BotPay protocol to execute illegal, sanctioned, or unauthorized financial transactions. All entities interacting with Circle wallets agree to abide by Circle's terms of service and local regulatory compliance rules.
